
Blister machine UPS 1040 is a GMP-compliant, high-performance machine with intermittent motion platen sealing. Operating with up to three lanes, it exhausts productivity and costs reserves in the medium to high output range and guarantees planning and production flexibility. As the machine packages solid dose products of all shapes, it can be fitted with appropriate feeders. The large format area makes it particularly suitable for the production of aluminum blisters.

SimTap stands for "simultaneous tablet placement". The products are directly placed into the formed pockets.
The vibratory feeder is a particularly fast and efficient solution for tablets and capsules of simple shape.
The flood feeder does not require format parts tailored to the product shape.
The linear feeder is the ideal solution for a wide range of differently shaped products.
The compact fill box with individual product placement is particularly suitable for the production of multiphase blisters and alternative blister configurations, e.g. round-shaped blisters.
