The Healthcare Compliance Packaging Council (HCPC) USA is a non-profit trade association that was established in 1990 to promote the benefits of unit dose packaging to improve patient compliance. Members of HCPC USA are leading suppliers to the pharmaceutical industry: ranging from manufacturers of packaging materials to contract packers. Uhlmann Packaging Systems L.P. in Towaco has been supporting the activities of HCPC USA since 1999.

Its core competence focuses on the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical technology.
