Ya sea una enfajadora o una envolvedora completa, encajadora o paletizador: Las máquinas de embalaje de final de línea ‚Uhlmann powered by pester pac automation‘ se adaptan fácilmente al rendimiento de las máquinas blíster y encartonadoras. Numerosas funciones permiten soluciones a medida, así como una integración perfecta en procesos de producción en red, desde fardos con banderola o paquetes completamente envueltos hasta cajas de cartón sobre palets. Todos los sistemas se dejan manejar de forma confiable y permiten así una automatización inteligente y segura del embalaje farmacéutico final.

Sistema de enfajado flexible para la agrupación de estuches con faja o termo-retractilados
La enfajadora ES 60 agrupa estuches en diferentes formaciones y puede integrarse perfectamente en las líneas Uhlmann. Su capacidad de agrupar en varias capas y filas ofrece la máxima flexibilidad. Su diseño abalconado conforme a GMP brinda al usuario un buen acceso y facilita la limpieza. Gracias al panel de control SmartControl, el manejo de la ES 60 es intuitivo y fácil de entender. También facilita al usuario el cambio de formato, que puede realizarse en menos de diez minutos gracias a un número reducido de piezas a sustituir. Todos estos factores garantizan que la ES 60 sea muy eficiente.
Envolvedora automática de final de línea
La envolvedora EW 60 empaqueta automáticamente estuches agrupados con una película de termosellado garantizando la inviolabilidad siendo muy eficaz para luchar contra las falsificaciones. Un servomotor integrado controla la alimentación de la película de forma muy exacta y totalmente automática. El control de la EW 60 es intuitivo y fácil de entender gracias al panel de control SmartControl. También facilita al usuario el cambio de formato y de bobina de película, que puede llevarse a cabo de forma rápida gracias al número reducido de piezas de formato. El diseño limpio de la EW 60 brinda al usuario un buen acceso y una facilidad de uso óptima.
Una encajadora altamente flexible que resuelve sus problemas de encajado
Desde el desplegado de las cajas troqueladas, pasando por el llenado, hasta el cierre de las cajas por ambos lados, la encajadora EC 12 empaqueta estuches en cajas con el principio de sideloading. El modelo ahorra mucho espacio y puede utilizar cada volumen de la caja de manera óptima con la ayuda de su estación de apilado y volteo. Además, su diseño por módulos permite que la configuración se adapte de manera flexible a las necesidades del cliente. Su diseño ergonómico permite al usuario un acceso óptimo y facilita la limpieza permitiendo, por ejemplo, el acceso al almacén de cajas por el lado operador. Gracias al cambio rápido de formato y a su manejo sencillo, la EC 12 es muy eficiente. El control a través del sistema de operación central SmartControl es intuitivo y fácil de entender. La encajadora EC 12 puede integrarse sin problemas en las líneas Uhlmann y se acopla de manera óptima con las estuchadoras Uhlmann en términos de rendimiento y funcionamiento.
Un final de línea compacto y altamente productivo
La encajadora-paletizadora ECP 12 es un final de línea totalmente automático para encajar y paletizar. De esta forma los estuches con productos sólidos o parenterales estarán protegidos desde principio a fin. 12 sistemas de identificación, marcado y control integrados en la ECP garantizan que cada paso se lleve a cabo de forma correcta. La opción de una segunda estación de paletizado permite cambiar de palé durante el funcionamiento, sin necesidad de detener la línea. Los ajustes de formato pueden realizarse de forma rápida y sencilla. Todas las operaciones de manipulación de la ECP 12 se realizan por medio de tecnología robótica. Estos factores garantizan unos costes operativos bajos y una alta productividad.
