Una encajadora altamente flexible que resuelve sus problemas de encajado
Desde el desplegado de las cajas troqueladas, pasando por el llenado, hasta el cierre de las cajas por ambos lados, la encajadora EC 12 empaqueta estuches en cajas con el principio de sideloading. El modelo ahorra mucho espacio y puede utilizar cada volumen de la caja de manera óptima con la ayuda de su estación de apilado y volteo. Además, su diseño por módulos permite que la configuración se adapte de manera flexible a las necesidades del cliente. Su diseño ergonómico permite al usuario un acceso óptimo y facilita la limpieza permitiendo, por ejemplo, el acceso al almacén de cajas por el lado operador. Gracias al cambio rápido de formato y a su manejo sencillo, la EC 12 es muy eficiente. El control a través del sistema de operación central SmartControl es intuitivo y fácil de entender. La encajadora EC 12 puede integrarse sin problemas en las líneas Uhlmann y se acopla de manera óptima con las estuchadoras Uhlmann en términos de rendimiento y funcionamiento.
La encajadora EC 12 destaca por sus numerosas ventajas
La EC 12 permite además la integración de sistemas Track & Trace ya que puede codificar y verificar datos y códigos a ambos lados de la caja.
Amplia gama de formato
Gracias al ajuste continuo de formato, la EC 12 puede procesar diferentes tamaños de caja con total flexibilidad. Puede procesar tanto estuches y fardos de muy distintas dimensiones y generar cajas pequeñas o grandes. Todo es posible.
EC 12. Desde el estuche a la caja
La encajadora EC 12 agrupa, apila y empaqueta productos farmacéuticos en cajas de cartón listas para su envío, desde el desplegado de las cajas troqueladas, pasando por el llenado, hasta el cierre de las cajas por ambos lados. El cierre de las cajas puede ser tanto por cinta adhesiva cómo por cola caliente. Además la EC12 se pueden integrar una impresoras y o un sistema de etiquetado. Con cajas con una longitud de hasta 600 mm, la encajadora EC 12 alcanza una velocidad máxima de 12 cajas por minuto y un rendimiento de entrada de hasta 500 estuches o 60 fajos por minuto.
Alta seguridad del proceso y producción sin interrupciones
Los dispositivos de seguridad integrados aumentan la seguridad del proceso de la encajadora, ya que cada detención en la cinta afecta al rendimiento general. Algunos ejemplos son el control de acumulación y un control de sobrecarga, que activa un mensaje de aviso en caso de averías en el proceso de empaquetado. Aparte de la encajadora EC 12, "Uhlmann powered by pester pac automation" existen otros tres sistemas disponibles para el embalaje final: un dispositivo de tensado de cinta, una envolvedora y una máquina que combina encajadora y módulo de paletizado. Cada sistema de embalaje final está diseñado de tal manera que pueda integrarse sin problemas y por completo en líneas Uhlmann en términos de diseño, sistema de operación SmartControl y software.
Las ventajas de la EC 12 de un vistazo
La EC 12 empaqueta estuches o fardos en cajas siguiendo el principio de sideloading, desde el desplegado de las cajas troqueladas, pasando por el llenado, hasta el cierre por ambos lados. Un cierre con cinta adhesiva o las opciones de cierre por cola caliente y un sistema etiquetado completan LA EC 12.
Gracias al ajuste continuo del formato a los diferentes tamaños de caja, la EC 12 ofrece la máxima flexibilidad.
El diseño ergonómico conforme a GMP brinda a los usuarios el mejor acceso al almacén de cajas y una limpieza fácil de las estaciones de trabajo.
Los cambios de formato rápidos y sencillos hacen que la EC 12 alcance una alta productividad.
El sistema de operación SmartControl, el diseño y el software de la encajadora EC 12 permiten que esta se integre a la perfección a las líneas Uhlmann.
Los dispositivos de seguridad y alarma, como el control de acumulación y un control de sobrecarga, garantizan un proceso sin incidencias.

La encajadora EC 12 es un sistema de encajado de productos farmacéuticos flexible y muy eficiente: Empaqueta estuches o fajos en cajas de forma rápida y precisa, desde el desplegado de las cajas troqueladas, pasando por el llenado, hasta el cierre por ambos lados.
Volumen de la caja utilizado de manera eficiente
La EC 12 aprovecha de manera óptima el volumen de la caja con la ayuda de su estación de alineado y giro. Una de sus características particulares es la amplia gama de formatos que admite, que incluye estuches cajas tanto pequeñas como grandes.
Alta flexibilidad
Gracias al ajuste continuo de formato, la encajadora EC 12 puede procesar diferentes tamaños de caja con total flexibilidad. Procesa estuches desde un tamaño mínimo de 30 × 12 × 66 mm hasta 400 × 150 × 250 mm como máximo. El tamaño de las cajas va desde 150 × 120 × 105 mm hasta 600 × 400 × 400 mm como máximo.
Cambio de formato rápido y facilidad de limpieza
La EC 12 está diseñada para que los cambios de formato y la limpieza puedan realizarse de forma rápida y sencilla. Las pocas piezas de formato ligeras pueden sustituirse fácilmente. Todas las superficies son fáciles de limpiar. Esto brinda seguridad, ahorra tiempo y aumenta la productividad.
Control centralizado de la línea
El control de la encajadora EC 12 está integrado en el sistema centralizado de control de línea y se realiza a través del sistema de operación SmartControl. Esto ofrece una interfaz fácil de usar y un guiado del usuario intuitivo para todos los procesos de producción. Tras una breve fase de aprendizaje, se garantiza un manejo seguro por parte de todos los empleados.
