Envolvedora automática de final de línea
La envolvedora EW 60 empaqueta automáticamente estuches agrupados con una película de termosellado garantizando la inviolabilidad siendo muy eficaz para luchar contra las falsificaciones. Un servomotor integrado controla la alimentación de la película de forma muy exacta y totalmente automática. El control de la EW 60 es intuitivo y fácil de entender gracias al panel de control SmartControl. También facilita al usuario el cambio de formato y de bobina de película, que puede llevarse a cabo de forma rápida gracias al número reducido de piezas de formato. El diseño limpio de la EW 60 brinda al usuario un buen acceso y una facilidad de uso óptima.
Las ventajas de la envolvedora EW 60 de un vistazo
La envolvedora EW 60 garantiza una excelente seguridad del producto. Para la trazabilidad de los estuches sellados, puede integrarse una solución Track & Trace. Esto permite, por ejemplo, que se puedan codificar todos los lados del fajo.
Con estuches con una anchura de hasta 250 mm, la envolvedora EW 60 alcanza un rendimiento de entrada de hasta 500 estuches por minuto y un rendimiento máximo de 60 fajos por minuto.
Diseñada para la conexión en línea a una estuchadora Uhlmann, la envolvedora EW 60 puede integrarse fácilmente en la línea completa. Aparte de la EW 60, "Uhlmann powered by pester pac automation", existen otros tres sistemas de embalaje final disponibles: una enfajadora, una encajadora y una máquina que combina encajadora y módulo de paletizado. Con su seguridad farmacéutica, el diseño y la fiabilidad de la máquina conforme a GMP, están diseñados de tal modo que puedan integrarse por completo en las líneas Uhlmann.
Destaca por su calidad y seguridad
Los sistemas de seguridad y alarma integrados garantizan una alta seguridad del proceso de la envolvedora EW 60. Por ejemplo, el control de final de bobina activa diferentes mensajes de advertencia antes de que se detenga la producción.
Además, el control de acumulación en la cinta de entrada y un control de sobrecarga garantizan la seguridad y una producción sin interrupciones.

Al envolver por completo las agrupaciones de estuches con película termosellable se considera particularmente a prueba de falsificaciones. Cualquier acceso posterior es detectado de inmediato.
El servomotor garantiza una alimentación exacta de la película para mayor precisión y calidad.
Los cambios rápidos y sencillos de formato y de la bobina mejoran el rendimiento general de la EW 60.
Las cintas transportadoras con servocontrol ofrecen la máxima flexibilidad en el empaquetado farmacéutico. También pueden procesarse estuches de varias filas.
Los dispositivos integrales de seguridad y alarma, como el control de acumulación y el control de sobrecarga, garantizan una producción sin interrupciones.
La envolvedora está diseñada para la conexión de línea a una estuchadora Uhlmann y, por tanto, forma parte de una producción conforme a GMP de principio a fin.
Gracias a su diseño abalconado fácil de limpiar, el sistema ofrece a sus usuarios un buen acceso y una vista sinóptica clara.
El panel de control SmartControl hace que el control de la EW 60 resulte intuitivo y comprensible.

La envolvedora EW 60 representa un final de línea particularmente a prueba de falsificaciones: un sistema para envolver automáticamente estuches sueltos o agrupados con película de termosellable.
Sellado completo y a prueba de falsificaciones
Los productos farmacéuticos envueltos y sellados son a prueba de falsificaciones, ya que puede detectarse cualquier intento de apertura de la película. Además, los sistemas de impresión e inspección pueden integrarse en la EW 60: Gracias a la función Track & Trace, pueden estamparse e imprimirse ambos lados de cierre.
Alimentación exacta de la película
La alimentación de la película se controla de forma totalmente automática y exacta a través de un servomotor. Un empaquetado que utilice la menor cantidad posible de lámina mantiene el coste de material bajo y tiene un efecto positivo en el OEE general de la máquina.
Empaquetado flexible
Los diversos sistemas de apilado, así como las cintas transportadoras con servocontrol, permiten el procesamiento de diferentes tamaños de estuche. El sistema también es adecuado para estuches apilados.
Cambio rápido de formato y película
Los cambios de formato y película se realizan rápidamente debido a las pocas piezas de formato fáciles de montar. Pueden sustituirse fácilmente y sin utilizar herramientas, lo que tiene un efecto positivo en el rendimiento general de la envolvedora EW 60.
Controles de película integrados
Los dispositivos integrales de seguridad y alarma mejoran la seguridad del proceso de la EW 60. Por ejemplo, el control de fin de bobina activa un mensaje que garantiza una producción sin interrupciones: antes de que se agoten los materiales de consumo, advierte al usuario de tres maneras diferentes: a través de una señal acústica, una indicación en la pantalla y una luz de control.
Gran facilidad de manejo
El diseño abalconado hace que sea fácil de limpiar además de ahorrar espacio. La envolvedora EW 60 le brinda al usuario una vista sinóptica clara y un buen acceso. Gracias a un diseño que requiere poco mantenimiento y que es de limpieza fácil, el sistema es muy fácil de usar.

El panel de control SmartControl de la EW 60 destaca por su interfaz de usuario intuitiva y fácil de entender. Mediante apoyo visual guía al operador a través de todas las fases de producción. Gracias a su estructura simple, es posible un manejo por parte de todos los empleados tras una breve fase de aprendizaje.
