Sistema de enfajado flexible para la agrupación de estuches con faja o termo-retractilados
La enfajadora ES 60 agrupa estuches en diferentes formaciones y puede integrarse perfectamente en las líneas Uhlmann. Su capacidad de agrupar en varias capas y filas ofrece la máxima flexibilidad. Su diseño abalconado conforme a GMP brinda al usuario un buen acceso y facilita la limpieza. Gracias al panel de control SmartControl, el manejo de la ES 60 es intuitivo y fácil de entender. También facilita al usuario el cambio de formato, que puede realizarse en menos de diez minutos gracias a un número reducido de piezas a sustituir. Todos estos factores garantizan que la ES 60 sea muy eficiente.
La enfajadora ES 60 destaca por sus numerosas ventajas
La enfajadora ES 60 cumple con altos estándares en términos de seguridad del producto y trazabilidad. Es posible integrar sistemas de Track & Trace así como sistemas de codificación e impresión de la faja.
Con estuches con un ancho de hasta 180 mm, la enfajadora ES 60 alcanza una velocidad máxima de 60 fajos por minuto y un rendimiento de entrada de hasta 500 estuches por minuto.
Aparte de la enfajadora ES 60, "Uhlmann powered by pester pac automation" existen otros tres sistemas disponibles para el embalaje final: una envolvedora, una encajadora y una máquina que combina encajadora y módulo de paletizado. Cada final de línea está diseñado de tal manera que pueda integrarse sin problemas y por completo en las líneas Uhlmann en términos de HMI, diseño y software.
Alta seguridad del proceso y producción sin interrupciones
Los dispositivos de seguridad integrados en la ES 60 aumentan la seguridad del proceso, ya que cada paro afecta al OEE. Algunos ejemplos son los controles de fisuras para la película superior e inferior y un sistema de seguridad integrado que activa un mensaje de advertencia cuando se esté acabando la bobina.
La empalmadora de películas de la enfajadora ES60 permite cambiar automáticamente la bobina y, por tanto, una producción fluida sin interrupciones. Tanto la producción ininterrumpida como los sistemas integrados de alerta temprana mejoran significativamente el rendimiento del proceso de empaquetado.

Unos tiempos de ajuste cortos debido a pocas piezas de formato manejables y el cambio automático de bobina de la ES 60 dan lugar a una alta productividad.

La enfajadora ES 60 es un final de línea flexible y económico: la agrupación de estuches por medio cintas es la mejor solución para agrupaciones de varias capas y filas.
Embalaje variable
La enfajadora ES 60 ofrece soluciones de empaquetado para todos los requisitos específicos del cliente gracias a la disposición individual de los estuches, a diferentes sistemas de apilado y a un dispositivo de enderezado integrado, pueden configurarse las agrupaciones de forma individual.
Alta seguridad del proceso
Los dispositivos de seguridad y alarma, así como el control de fisuras integrado para la película superior e inferior, dan lugar a una alta seguridad del proceso del sistema. Un mensaje de seguridad advierte al usuario en cuanto se agota la bobina. La empalmadora de películas integrada permite cambiar automáticamente la bobina y, por tanto, la producción continua sin interrupciones.
Cambio rápido de formato y limpieza fácil
Es posible realizar un cambio de formato sencillo en menos de diez minutos gracias a que las piezas de formato son ligeras. Los cambios de formato rápidos y la limpieza fácil tienen un efecto positivo en el rendimiento general de la enfajadora ES 60. Las pocas piezas de formato son ligeras y pueden intercambiarse fácilmente y sin utilizar herramientas. Todas las superficies son fáciles de limpiar.
Panel de controlintuitivo
La enfajadora ES 60 se controla a través del panel de control SmartControl. Destaca por su interfaz fácil de usar y permite un guiado del usuario intuitivo a través de todos los procesos de producción. Tras una breve fase de aprendizaje, es posible un manejo seguro por parte de todos los empleados.
Track & Trace integrado
Los sistemas de impresión e inspección para cada aplicación pueden integrarse opcionalmente en el ES 60. Por ejemplo, pueden estamparse e imprimirse ambos lados de cierre así como comprobar que el código 1D o 2D estén en la película.
