SimTap: gran capacidad de alimentación para múltiples formatos sólidos
¿Desea envasar muchas formas de comprimidos y tamaños de cápsulas distintos en una misma línea de blíster? ¿Y a una alta velocidad? Tanto con formas estándar como especiales: SimTap posiciona sus productos en los alvéolos de forma rápida y precisa. Con un manejo cuidadoso del producto y un nivel promedio de llenado del 99,5 %.
Así funciona el alimentador SimTap
Los productos salen de la tolva de llenado y, pasando por la rampa vibratoria, donde se eliminan el polvo y las virutas, son conducidos a la caja de distribución. Esta distribuye los productos, mediante movimientos hacia arriba y hacia abajo, en los tubos de llenado. Los dos dedos de contención en cada tubo de llenado garantizan un llenado preciso: el dedo inferior cierra la salida del tubo de llenado reteniendo el producto, y lo libera sólo cuando el alvéolo del blíster se encuentra justo debajo. Al mismo tiempo, el dedo superior fija los productos que vienen detrás. Los productos son colocados en los alvéolos de forma simultánea, de ahí el nombre: SimTap significa «colocación simultánea de comprimidos» (Simultanes Tabletten platzieren).
El alimentador SimTap es apto tanto para trabajos continuos como intermitentes, así como para cualquier material de blíster. Su manejo está completamente integrado en el sistema de control (HMI) de la línea de blíster. No se requieren otros ajustes manuales.
Ventajas del alimentador SimTap
El alimentador SimTap puede usarse para una gran variedad de formas de comprimidos, comprimidos recubiertos, cápsulas y esferas. Los comprimidos frágiles o con tendencia a generar polvo son colocados suavemente en los alvéolos. Al tratar con productos con fuerte tendencia a la formación de polvo, tóxicos o sensibles a la humedad, es posible aislar completamente los alimentadores SimTap y equiparlos con una unidad de aspiración.

La colocación exacta y cuidadosa de los productos en los alvéolos minimiza las roturas de comprimidos.
El alimentador SimTap puede, en caso necesario, ser sustituido fácilmente por un alimentador de cepillos o un alimentador vibratorio. Además, existe la posibilidad de equipar un SimTap de la más nueva generación con una unidad de cepillado sencilla.

¿Para qué tipo de requisitos de uso es adecuado el alimentador SimTap?
SimTap combina versatilidad, una alta capacidad de rendimiento y un manejo cuidadoso de los productos. De esta forma, es siempre apropiado en las situaciones en las que juegue un gran papel la productividad, cuando deban suministrarse diferentes o complejas formas de productos o cuando los comprimidos sean frágiles o tiendan a la generación de polvo.
¿Qué tan fácil es cambiar a otro tipo de alimentador?
En este video verá cómo puede instalar una unidad de cepillado en el lugar de un formato SimTap. De esta forma, es posible aprovechar las ventajas de un alimentador de cepillos, con un rendimiento un poco menor (p. ej. para cargas pequeñas), sin necesidad de cambiar el sistema de alimentación por completo.
¿Es posible operar varios alimentadores de forma paralela en una misma línea de blíster?
Muchos clientes de Uhlmann ya durante la compra de una línea de blíster planean una vía de alimentación más larga, para poder incorporar desde un principio varios alimentadores o poder adicionarlos en el futuro.
¿Cómo se maneja el alimentador SimTap?
El sistema de manejo del alimentador SimTap está completamente integrado en el sistema de control de línea SmartControl. La interfaz de usuario intuitiva y los parámetros de formato incorporados permiten realizar cambios de formato sencillos y rápidos también a personal sin experiencia en este sentido. No es necesaria una configuración manual.
¿Qué accesorios hay disponibles para el alimentador SimTap?
Para aumentar la ergonomía y la velocidad, es posible incorporar un elevador de comprimidos de forma opcional, el cual suministra al alimentador SimTap con comprimidos, comprimidos recubiertos o cápsulas de forma automática.
¿SimTap es adecuado para líneas de contención?
Además del alimentador de cepillos, a menudo suelen usarse también alimentadores SimTap en las líneas de contención.
¿SimTap es fácil de limpiar?
Gracias a su diseño compacto, la unidad básica puede limpiarse de forma sencilla. Las piezas de formato pueden sustituirse de forma fácil y rápida. De este modo, se simplifica el proceso de limpieza y el tiempo de parada de la máquina se reduce al mínimo.
