“We are pleased to be able to engage Alexander Schöllhorn, a very experienced management person. He is very well-suited to the Uhlmann values and our corporate culture due to his personality, many years of experience in family-owned companies, and his regional roots”, states Tobias Uhlmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Uhlmann Group.

In his function as CFO, Alexander Schöllhorn will be responsible for the divisions Digital Solutions, Finance, IT, Human Resources, as well as certain central functions. He will thereby complement the other three members of the Executive Board of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme. “My colleagues Michael Mrachacz (CSO) and Tim Slomp (CTO), and I are confident that the cooperation with Alexander Schöllhorn will help to further strengthen our company”, says Norbert Gruber, CEO of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme and Uhlmann Group Holding.

Alexander Schöllhorn is likewise looking forward to the new challenge: “In the over 70 years since its foundation, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme has progressed from being a machine manufacturer to a full-range provider of pharmaceutical packaging machines, services, and digital solutions – and become the market leader in this sector. The company continues to have a successful, exciting journey ahead. I wish to actively help shape this.”
