Brush box feeder

The brush box feeder is particularly suitable for all products that can easily be swept into the pockets, e.g. bi-convex products and capsules. As format parts are not dictated by the product shape, this feeder is the cost-efficient option for a wide range of applications on all blister machines.

Operating method

Fill box feeder

The compact fill box with individual product placement is particularly suitable for the production of multiphase blisters and alternative blister configurations, e.g. round-shaped blisters.

Operating method

  • The products pass from the hopper to the vibratory chute. Dedusting here removes dust and product chips

  • Planetary stirrers sweep the products into the holes of the upper supply slide plate
  • The lower slide plate then retracts to allow single product placement into each formed pocket
  • A separate box is used for each different product when filling multiphase blisters. This rules out any cross-contamination of products in the blister

Linear feeder

Maximum machine efficiency characterizes the linear feeder even in demanding cases. It handles different products of complex shapes, ones with noticeable differences in tolerance range, unconventional circular or star-shaped blister configurations, and products susceptible to shingling.

Operating method

  • A vacuum plate with suction cups picks up the products from the cavities of the sorting plate and places them into the formed pockets

Brochure Feeding systems

SimTap feeder

SimTap stands for „simultaneous tablet placement“. The products are directly placed into the formed pockets. Different versions are available for continuous or intermittent motion operation, for high-speed machines or small sized batches.

Operating method

  • The products pass from the hopper to the vibratory chute. Dedusting here removes dust and product chips
  • The products continue through the product chute and feed hose to the distribution box
  • The up-and-down-movement of the sorting plate moves the products into the filling tubes. The two stop fingers in each filling tube ensure direct product placement into the formed pockets
  • The lower stop finger retains the product and first releases it when the web comes to a halt
  • The upper stop finger ensures that only one product reaches the pocket by retaining the product column above

Vibratory feeder

The vibratory feeder guarantees efficient feeding with a high fill quota and is ideal for all products of simple shape – such as tablets, spheres, caplets or capsules. Operating personnel have a clear view of the whole feeding process.

  • The option with a fixed chute is used with continuous motion blister machines and PVC forming material. The products pass through the feed track and are directly placed into the formed pockets.
  • The option with a filling roller is the right solution for continuous motion blister machines and aluminium forming material. The products move from the feed track into the holes of the filling roller and are then directly placed into the formed pockets.
