Designed with German technology and manufactured in Asia, the ECO 350 supports pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers in increasing productivity while making efficient use of available production space. Depending on production requirements and factory layout, customers can choose between two line configurations: a conveyor configuration for maximum layout flexibility or a Direct Link configuration for maximum output and a reduced footprint.
With outputs of up to 600 blisters per minute, the ECO 350 helps manufacturers meet growing production demands while benefiting from a reliable and cost-effective packaging solution.
Combining advanced technology with user-friendly operation, the ECO 350 features the next generation BM 350 blister machine and CM 250 cartoner. A redesigned compact station, optimized blister transfer and SmartControl Basic operation support reliable daily production and efficient line performance.
Additional highlights include rapid changeovers, energy-efficient operation and low maintenance requirements. Integrated inspection systems support product quality by checking product presence, position and integrity throughout the packaging process.
The ECO 350 handles a wide range of blister formats and materials while maintaining high throughput and consistent packaging quality. Built on a standardized CTO architecture, it combines competitive performance with the GMP-compliant design, documentation and lifecycle support expected from Uhlmann.
