Uhlmann Pac-Systeme has expanded its management team

Launched in April 2025, the new, expanded management structure has already proven successful. A total of six Vice Presidents are responsible for their own organizational units and report directly to the Management Board. The new positions have largely been filled with experienced specialists and managers from within the company.

New structure supports growth dynamics and internationalisation

With this new structure, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme is setting the course for sustainable growth and the development of further global markets in the product segments of oral solid dosage forms and parenteral products as part of its Corporate Strategy 2030.

Second management level takes responsibility

Jens-Christian Feldt (Commercial Functions) and Gert Jaudass (Human Resources) report to CFO Alexander Schöllhorn. Matthias Kaiser (Sales & Marketing) and, starting in October, Thomas Sailer (Customer Support & Services) report to CSO Michael Mrachacz. Dr. Olaf Weinmann will take over the new Solution Engineering unit, and Serhat Toykan will take over the Operations unit. They both report to CTO Cristian Reiter.

Newly created Solutions Engineering unit

The newly created Solutions Engineering unit clearly reflects Uhlmann Pac-Systeme's strategic transformation into a provider of comprehensive packaging competence solutions: the company is merging its previously separate business units for development, engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics with software development and coordinating production accordingly. In doing so, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme is taking an integrated approach to product development for new packaging solutions, combining hardware, software and services into a holistic solution.
